What changed
The arena distinguishes general-public doors from Event Starts. KATSEYE’s separate set time and the curfew are not published; ticket-sale closing times are not treated as performance times.
Original fan guidance
The arena is cashless, so prepare a card and review its current entry policies. Bag guidance contains conflicting backpack wording; confirm that point with the venue instead of relying on a blanket allowance.
