North America VIP guide: upgrades do not include admission
VIP upgrades are add-ons: a concert ticket must be purchased separately. Follow the official North America notice and the instructions for your city and package; a VIP upgrade alone does not provide admission to the concert.
What changed
Both official KATSEYE store VIP packages specify that a concert ticket is required separately. The original North America notice links the KATSEYE store for U.S. dates and Weverse Shop for Canada and Mexico. These links are reference routes, not confirmation that an upgrade is currently available. Check the package instructions and your purchaser email for the city-specific check-in details.
For your fan notebook
Confirm that you have a valid concert ticket before considering a VIP upgrade, then check the official notice and your package instructions.
